•1-3g Oak Gall powder 
•3g Aloe Vera gel - one without dyes, fragrance, or a bunch of ingredients you can’t pronounce 
•3g Raw/ organic coconut oil - the kind that’s white and solidifies at room temperature 

Mix together and put inside applicator,  and insert by following the directions below. Follow up with one of our best selling yoni oils for added moisture. 

(Aloe Vera gel and coconut oil not included, but can be found at your nearest health food store)

DIRECTIONS: 

Cleanse vagina with one of our natural yoni gels and pat dry.  Shake well before each use. Add desired amount into applicator, lay on your back with knees bent and insert applicator into vagina as far as it’ll comfortably go. Push the plunger of the applicator until it stops. Remove applicator from the vagina (discard applicator). Hold position for 10 minutes to allow absorption and prevent leakage. ( May wear a panty liner). Repeat up to 2-3 x a week. Alternate weeks to give your body a resting period.

Recommendations:

 Use your tightening gel 2-3x week, on alternate weeks. The saying too much of a good thing, is true, give your body rest on the alternative weeks. Make a fresh mixture with each use, discard any leftover to prevent the growth of bacteria. The tightening results can last up to 6weeks-6 months. Results vary per person. We recommend 100 kegels daily for added benefits.
