Pineapple- speaking of mineral content alone, pineapple is found to be a tremendous source of potassium, zinc, manganese, and copper. These minerals are all considered essential nutrients for the human body and the base for resilient health. Pineapples also contain Bromelain which has also shown the ability to help treat Candida overgrowth.

As a treatment for yeast infections: Apply oil to a clean tampon and then insert tampon.
